Your Article Directory Submission Guidelines

• ALL ARTICLES SUBMITTED TO THIS SITE MUST BE SUITABLE AND APPROPRIATE FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS.
• The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
• By submitting your articles to ArticlesGalore.info, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
• By submitting your articles to ArticlesGalore.info, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other Article website users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
• Article content may not contain live links - You may include three links in your bio box. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which if they are important/relevant to the content of the article.
• No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to ArticlesGalore.info should not contain affiliate links or web addresses that include your affiliate information, in their content or anywhere else(that includes the title and the bio box). It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
• Submitting your articles to ArticlesGalore.info does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from ArticlesGalore.info or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
• Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
• Articles must be spell checked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will either edit or reject (our choice) content that doesn't meet this requirement.
• Articles or bio-boxes will sometimes be edited if they do not meet the above guidelines. Given the choice we sometimes prefer to make minor changes to an article rather than deleting it. This would include but may not be limited to removing links from the content of the article (having too many is usually a deleting offence) or bio-box or correcting glaring spelling errors in the article title and content. (Do people not check them before submission?) We understand that you have the copyright to these articles and they should not normally be changed. However, we do not inted to rewrite the articles, simply to correct obvious errors. Nor do we intend to publish junk so if your article is not up to our standard, correct it before submitting it. If you have a problem with having these changes made, do not submit articles to our site. FYI: We usually delete rather than correct.
• Neither author names nor pen names may contain anything other than letters. Names with numbers, commas and srops will be deleted. All names must be proper names. Domain names and company names and names such as: "The Article Team".
• Do not capitalise all the letters in any word in the title or your name.
• Do not link to Illegal sites, pharmacies, gambling or porn etc.
• Articles may not contain images.
• Each article must contain five hundred words or more of proper content. Anything less is just an advertisement. We don't do advertisements...unless we are paid.
• It is the responsibility of each member to make him/herself familiar with these guidelines and keep up to date with the changes that are made in them from time to time.
